How do I place an order?
Message us on Messenger or WhatsApp with the product name or a screenshot. We'll confirm availability, price and delivery. Then share your name, address and phone number, and pay the advance to confirm your order.
Why aren't prices shown on the website?
We confirm the latest price and stock for you when you message us — it only takes a minute, and you'll always get an up-to-date price.
How much is delivery, and how long does it take?
Delivery is ৳120 inside Dhaka and ৳160 outside Dhaka. Orders arrive in 1–5 days through our courier partners Pathao, Steadfast or RedX.
Which payment methods do you accept?
bKash, Nagad and bank transfer. Cash on delivery is available inside Dhaka only, when you prepay the delivery charge and 50% of the product price.
Do I need to pay in advance? Is cash on delivery available?
Yes. Standard orders are paid in full in advance — the product price plus the delivery charge (৳120 inside Dhaka, ৳160 outside Dhaka). Inside Dhaka, you can choose cash on delivery instead: prepay the delivery charge and 50% of the product price, and pay the rest in cash when the parcel arrives. Cash on delivery is not available outside Dhaka — orders outside Dhaka are paid in full in advance.
Can I pre-order a product?
Yes. For pre-order products, please pay the delivery charge and 50% of the product price in advance. Inside Dhaka you can pay the rest in cash on delivery; outside Dhaka, please pay the rest by bKash or Nagad before we dispatch your order.
How do I pay by bKash or Nagad?
Use Send Money to our personal bKash / Nagad number and include the cash-out charge. Then send us the transaction ID or a screenshot on WhatsApp so we can confirm your payment.
Are your products authentic?
Yes. Every product is sourced from authorized retailers in the USA & Canada and comes in its original packaging. Message us if you'd like to see purchase receipts or batch details for your item.
Can I return or exchange a product?
We accept returns or exchanges only for damaged or wrong items, reported within 3 days of delivery. Message us with your order details and photos of the item, and we'll sort it out.
Do you deliver outside Dhaka?
Yes — we deliver to every district in Bangladesh. Delivery outside Dhaka is ৳160, and orders outside Dhaka are paid in full in advance (cash on delivery is available inside Dhaka only).
